All of our Snuffle mats are handmade and therefore, like many pet products, are not indestructible! They are designed as feeding enrichment, not to be used as a toy.
The mats are made from quality fleece fabric which may become loose and therefore be at risk of being ingested. In the unlikely event of this occurring be sure to consult your local Veterinary practice for advice.
Do not leave your dog unattended whilst using the Snuffle mat. We recommend removing the mat once your pet has finished eating. Remember to shake the mat out after your pet has finished to ensure every biscuit has been discovered!
We recommend washing your pets Snuffle mat every few weeks. Our mats are machine washable on a cool, delicate wash at a low spin cycle. Due to the plastic, our mats are not suitable for tumble drying.
